Grown by N. Sea Oyster Co. Dukes of Topsail are a beautiful Atlantic Oyster grown on the coast of North Carolina. Open ocean salt engulfs the nose and palate as soon as the shell hits the lips and ends with an incredibly sweet, scallop-like flavor. With a nice, full-bodied texture and high salinity, Dukes have a strong butter and salt flavor with subtle notes of umami and celery.
