Chelsea Gems are a Pacific species grown in Eld Inlet, WA and grown by our friends at Chelsea Farms. These petite beauties are grown in tide tumbled bags suspended by buoys in the water. Their flavor profile is clean, sweet, and buttery, with a delicate touch of brine. This size is perfect for serving on the half shell.
