Pinkerton's Loot Oysters are grown in the deep, pristine waters of Barkley Sound on the West Coast of Vancouver Island by oyster farmer, John Pinkerton. A tide-tumbled oyster, Pinkerton’s are farmed using a fairly new grow-out method called flip farming—which utilizes gear that helps to efficiently grow and flip oysters all while creating an ideal environment for oyster growth, conditioning and hardening along their grow-out journey.

Pinkerton’s are a rich, buttery oyster with lovely plump meat. They boast a delightfully sweet melon flavor and a lingering mild brine to finish.

Extra Smalls are our smallest sized oyster and best suited to eating raw on the half shell!

Choose between a 36 or 60 count bag of extra small Pinkerton's Loot Oysters.
