Say hello to our House Smoked Oysters: a sustainably made kitchen staple featuring our fan-favorite Sweetwaters, pre-shucked and ready to eat!

Slightly sweet, smooth and smoky.

How they're grown:
Our Sweetwaters are grown using a traditional French technique called rack and bag.

Where they're grown:
Grown and harvested by Hog Island in Tomales Bay. Smoked in our Petaluma Commissary by Hog Island’s Culinary Director, Lauren Kiino—saving cosmetically challenged (but otherwise delicious oysters) from going to waste.

Serve them Hog Island style!
Enjoy our House Smoked Oysters right out of the jar or throw them in your favorite dishes!

Ingredients:
Dry sake, mirin, white soy, shio koji, grapeseed oil, and Pacific Oysters.
