Our take on San Francisco’s classic cioppino served in all Hog Island restaurants, now available for you to cook at home! Our Rustic Seafood Stew Kit comes complete with a selection of local seafood and our house-made herby-tomato stew base.
Tasting notes: A luscious, aromatic tomato soup base with just a touch of spice surrounds heaps of our favorite shellfish and seafood.
How it's made: Our flavorful stew base is made in-house with tomatoes, aromatics, a touch of chili, white wine, and lots of fresh herbs.
Where the seafood is sourced: Our seafood stew kit includes locally caught fish, and shellfish from farms we know and trust along the west coast.
