Oyster Club 2025 Ship Calendar: Hog Island Oyster Club boxes and gift subscriptions ship on the 2nd Tuesday of the month via Standard Shipping (delivered in 1-2 days). They will be shipped on the following days this year:

Hog Island Oyster Club: Membership
Join the Hog Island Oyster Club to get all your favorite oysters on repeat—choose from 12 or 36 oysters, delivered on an ongoing basis once a month or once a quarter. Oysters featured will include some of our classics, like our Hog Island Sweetwaters, and specially curated bivalves from sustainable oyster growers we know and trust.
What you get:
- A bag of 12 or 36 featured oysters each shipment.
- A recipe card from the Hog Island Culinary team or local, Bay Area chefs who serve our oysters in their restaurants.
- Your first shipment will also include a shucking knife, a pair of shucking gloves, and an oyster tasting booklet to record your tasting journey!
Shipping Details:
- Subscription boxes are shipped on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, via Standard shipping (usually delivered in 1-2 days).
- The cut-off time to get your shipment in the same month is the 7th of each month at 11:00 PM (PST). If your order is placed after this date, your first shipment will ship out the following month.
- You will be billed for the first month at the time of purchase and then billed on the 5th of each month until you pause or cancel your subscription.
- Shipping costs are included in the total price
- Please note, that you will not be asked to select a delivery date and any other items ordered at the same time as a subscription will be shipped with the first subscription order.

From delicious shellfish to seasonal fin fish, you’ll get the best West Coast seafood, sustainably sourced by us and delivered to your door.

- 1-2 or 3-4 servings of fresh seafood each shipment.
- A recipe card from the Hog Island Culinary team or local, Bay Area chefs.
- Your first shipment will also include two of our house-made seasoning blends: our All-Purpose Seafood Seasoning and Spicy Nori Citrus Seasoning, the perfect finishing touches to any and every dish.
