Option 2: THE WHOLE HOG EXPERIENCE
Immerse yourself in oyster farming with a tour, tasting, and master class in shucking. Explore our farm and learn how oysters are grown and farmed, the marine environment, and how we use sustainable aquaculture techniques to raise our shellfish. Learn to shuck oysters like a pro, take a deep dive into oyster tasting, and enjoy a light chef’s tasting at our outdoor cafe, The Boat Oyster Bar.
These tours last approximately 3 hours and include the tour, shucking master class, our favorite shucking tools to take home, oyster tasting, and a light tasting menu with a selection of oysters, raw and bbq’d, and a chef’s choice local cheese board at The Boat Oyster Bar. Beverages available for additional purchase.
Whole Hog tours are available byreservation only on Tuesdays at 11 AM. ALL TOURS ARE BOOKABLE UP TO 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
Cost:$180 per person (includes a 20% gratuity for tour staff), children under 12 (who will participate in activities and food) are $50 each.
