Geoduck (pronounced “gooey duck”) are native to the coastal waters of the northwest U.S. Both the belly meat and siphon can be used in a variety of dishes.

Both the belly meat and siphon can be used in a variety of dishes. This geoduck is sustainably farmed by our friends at Neptune Seafood, a family-run shellfish farm based in Olympia, Washington.
